NZD$100 | Initial Consultation 20 - 30 minutes*

A short consultation to discuss your current visa situation, understand your options, and identify possible pathways based on your circumstances.

A focused consultation followed by brief written feedback summarising key points discussed and outlining next steps or recommended options.

An assessment of your role against ANZSCO or the National Occupation List to determine its skill level and how it may align with visa or residence requirements.

An assessment of your eligibility for residence under the Skilled Residence Categories based on your qualifications, work experience, and employment.

A tailored plan outlining possible visa and residence pathways, timeframes, and key requirements to help you work towards your long-term immigration goals.

Advice and assistance related to having your overseas qualifications assessed by NZQA for immigration or employment purposes.

Temporary Work Visas

NZD$1,800 | Accredited Employer Work Visa

Assistance with preparing and lodging an AEWV application, including eligibility checks and supporting documentation.

Support with preparing and lodging for a visa tied to a specific role, event, or short-term purpose in New Zealand.

Help with changing employers, roles, or conditions on an existing work visa while remaining compliant with immigration requirements.

Temporary Visas for Family

NZD$1,800 | Partnership Work Visa

Assistance with preparing and lodging a Work Visa based on partnership with a Work Visa holder, eligible Student Visa holder or a New Zealand citizen or resident.

Support with preparing and lodging Visitor or Student Visa applications for dependent children based on family relationships.

Guidance and representation for Visitor Visa applications for parents or grandparents of New Zealand residents or citizens.

Other Temporary Visas

NZD$1,800 | General Visitor Visa

Assistance with preparing and lodging a Visitor Visa applications for tourism, family visits, or short-term stays.

Support with preparing and lodging Student Visa applications for fee-paying students.

Skilled Residence Visas

NZD$3,600 | Straight to Residence - Green List

Assistance with preparing and lodging residence applications for eligible roles under the Green List Straight to Residence pathway.

Full support with preparing and lodging residence applications under the Skilled Migrant Category. This includes preparing and submitting the Expression of Interest (EOI).

Guidance and representation for residence applications under the Green List Work to Residence pathway.

Assistance with preparing and lodging sector-specific Work to Residence pathways, including eligibility and documentation.

Fee to cover additional work to include a partner in a Residence application.

Fee to cover additional work to include a dependent child under 21 in a Residence application.

Fee to cover additional work to include a dependent child aged 21-24 in a Residence application.

Residence Visas for Family

NZD$2,000 | Standard / High Volume Accreditation

Advice on job check requirements, including labour market testing and role compliance.

End-to-end assistance with preparing and lodging a Job Check application.

Other Fees

NZD$2,000 | Section 61 Request

Assistance and representation with requests to Immigration New Zealand for individuals who are unlawfully in New Zealand.

Preparation and support in responding to a Potentially Prejudicial Information (PPI) letter for a temporary visa application.

Assistance with responding to a Potentially Prejudicial Information (PPI) letter related to a Residence application.

Advice and representation when a character waiver is required due to police investigations, pending charges or convictions, or for providing false or misleading information or omitting information from a visa application.

Advice and representation with medical waiver requests where health requirements are not met.

Assistance with appeals to the Immigration and Protection Tribunal.
